Is that confirmed "limited production RS"? Talking to a local dealer yesterday who said they had eight Focus RS cars coming. The same dealers allocation was only one 2016 350R and one 350 (so far). I have been waiting to see the GT 350R in person. Didn't even go down the ADM mark-up question with the guy.
Yep, talked with my local dealer about it last week.

They've only making a few thousand (something like..4,000) or something like that for the first production year, and that's it. That's global production, not just US.

They're not produced in the US or North American continent, so they're having to be shipped over from Europe.

My dealer had..3 coming I think he said, and all 4 were paid in full before they even are going to hit the pavement here.

Yeah I have thought about a Focus ST, but I am not a fan of the way the options are packaged together. Also I wouldn't mind something a little bit larger. I have been holding out for a Fusion Sport for some time and now I just can't wait to go test drive one. I really miss having something fun to drive on a daily basis.
I just can't get into the hot hatch market. I try to like cars like the Golf R and ST, but in the end, they just don't do anything for me. Saw a Golf R the other day, and the styling is so plain and forgettable. I don't care for the ST because of the FWD; FWD is perfectly fine for my regular Focus, but if I were getting a performance car, I would like it to be AWD or RWD. The RS looks overdone and a bit immature to me (those others would disagree I'm sure) compared to a Mustang or a Fusion.

Just under 35K for the Fusion Sport as I would want it. I knew it would be right around there, but now actually seeing that number might be a tad high. I will have to see once rebates/discounts come into play though

I am very interested. Especially when the tuners get to work on the new 2.7! :headbang:
