Hello Guys!

I got a 2016 Mustang with a Roush Phase 2 supercharger on it. Recently I installed LTH on the car, a custom-built mid-pipe, and a secondary 02 bung installed on the mid-pipe. Everything was running smoothly no check engine light nothing. Everything changed 3 days ago, one of my secondary 02 shot out of the pipe due to the lack of penetration on the weld. The 02 sensors were busted and the check engine light came on after I started the car back up. I unplugged the 02 that was dangling and started to drive home. I didn't think much of the check engine light because it must be one of the secondary 02 being unplugged. I also notice that the AFR was stuck at 14.0 no matter the speed or the rpm. I took the car back to the exhaust shop the next day they fixed the weld and installed a brand new 02 sensor for me with new dummy plugs. But the check engine light didn't go away and there was a lot more code than just emission codes I got the shop the delete the code for me but the codes came back and my AFR is still stuck at 14.0. I'll list the codes below. I have no idea what's going on and what the next step will be, if anyone could give me some expertise and pointers that would be much appreciated.

Thanks, guys!!!

Pinched or ruined wire somewhere? Usually with my cars, lots of codes at once has been something like that

Have you checked out your wiring harness really well? How bad was it when the o2 sensor shot out and was dangling? Try a KAM reset for fun
