2016 Mustang GT alarm issue, please help

Hi everyone, I am having an issue with my 2016 GT. I did a steering wheel replacement and when doing so I disconnected the battery. After finishing the install, I reconnected the battery and the alarm won’t stop going off. I tried starting the car, pushing the lock and unlock buttons, and still no luck. Any ideas? Would a low battery voltage cause this? Do I need to do a battery reset? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
