2016 Mustang Order Question

Ok so I go to my dealer, and ask him to use the WDBO ordering system and he should be able to add my order to the que or is it the CONCEPS system?

Should be in both I would assume by now.

Sad that my local dealership is attempting to order through ford.com? hopefully when the sales manager is back I can try to talk him through it, if not I'm off to the next one.

ok I have yet another the cotus site wont allow me to login and view my order, my order number is cxxx where x= numbers, dealership number is 23e3271 and i add my last name.
I have read in the cotus help section that the ford dealer number should be formatted as
Fxxxxx or F followed by 5 digits, if my dealership gave me 23 E 271 exactly where do I get the required number in the necessary format?

I agree. My dealer was 24D542 and ended up on cotus as F24542.

I stand corrected, Deysha said it is F23271 she is also going to help me track it as it isnt showing in Cotus Yet anyhow.
