Guys, who knows what will happen with 2016.

You know when details leak it will be posted up in here in a heartbeat.

It's all up in the air.

They might even do cosmetic changes after the first year, who knows?

It happened before with the SN-95 Mustang. Taillights changed after the first or second model year of that style:

The first m6g member got his at end of sept and that is what I was basing it off of. But 4,5, or 6 months who cares I am just impatiently waiting for new info. :D

Some people don't even consider 2015 as a purchasable option simply because you never buy a first model year car. You let the company sort out the kinks and you pick up the next model year. Obviously evident by the panel gap issues and etc.

Everything stays the same with the body. But sync 3 is added. Then they Drop the v6 from the line and keep the Ecoboost 4, and then the GT gets the v8 dropped for a brand new Ecoboost 6 with the power of the outgoing v8 but has amazing mpg's then they come out with a whole new v8 possibly turbo charged for the GT350 and twin Turbo v8 for the GT500!!!! even tho this probably wont happen in 2016 im guessing to see similar things by 2020! Watch..

Correct. This is what I told my dealer when I went and scoped out the new mustangs.

Who's to say Ford "fixes" anything? The MT82 got no revisions for 4 model years. Suppliers for parts can change from year to year or even within the same year. What wasn't an issue in '15 could be an issue in '16 or '17. I think this line of thinking is way overstated.

Yep i usually do that sometimes myself.. This time i did not especially with this car because its the 50 year mark! Pretty cool that they all get the 50 badging on the dash board plus you can get 50 year shift knob, floor mats and whatever else you want. Its actually going to be a somewhat of a collector year in a way down the road. Especially with them bringing the new Turbo 4 for the 50 year mark as well. Its a cool year car to own! Its a notch in History..

I was in a position where I needed to buy a car in November. For the price point the Mustang just made sooooo much more sense than everything else that I said fuck it it's 2015 how bad can it be? I got some alignment issues and a rattle left to get corrected and if it does I'll be happy as hell (until something else goes wrong).

I wouldn't be quick to dismiss the interest in the 2016 model. Many people have yet to purchase and the up coming months are a time when we'll need to deicide. Do we pick up a 15 off the lot somewhere or order a 16. We want as much info as we can get. Not taking anything away from the 15, that's just how automotive consumers think.
Exactly what I was thinking.
