i just called FP, they said mine is being built right now, should be completed either today or tomorrow. He also said as far as delivery, he was told the dates are not close to what they will be, mine is scheduled for nov 11-17, but he said it will more than likely be well after that. once they ship, they will know a better date, but he didnt know when they would ship.

I just found out my R, build date has been moved AGAIN. week of 11/30, which technically
is the first week of Dec. For the first time shows delivery date week of Jan. 03 to 09.
Considering it has been reported here, they are not building R's from Nov. to March,
what does this really mean?
I have gone from order date, June 06 - VIN 307 to build date of 09/14 to 10/05 to 10/26
to 11/03 to now 11/30 with absolutely no word from regional rep to dealer or Ford performance. To say I am dejected, frustrated and sad would be an understatement.

In fairness if it wasn't for Ford Performance getting me to Sebring and driving one of these
cars, my thought process today might be different. I know how amazing this cars Performance is, even if Fords communication performance is sadly lacking. !

The document that stated the build hiatus for the R is pretty old at this point. Perhaps they've reconsidered that if these cars truly are "late" in their eyes (or going to start deliveries even later than we know).

Ford should start putting on free snow chains while the cars are sitting in the yard.

Does any one have any visibility into this lot these cars are supposedly sitting in? Any satellite images? Any one in the area fly a drone over?

I will not be happy if car is built, left outside in a plowed and salted lot.
I go through great lengths to make sure my toys never see salt.
Does nasty things to them, the least Ford can do is have the same respect
for my car as I do.

At least some of you have VINs for your Rs. Mine is still Material Hold. :(

As you already know, a build date means nothing until it's actually produced. I'd expect further delays.

I couldn't agree more. If I find evidence it has been littered with salt, I won't accept mine. Not a 60k car. No chance.
