2016 GT Premiun Gloat

Starting to get excited and gloat a little. I am told anticipated delivery of my 2016 guard PP GT premium on Sept 21st. I have been waiting months, feels like years. Never did get VIN so I didn't track it, which is for the best after all as it would have seemed even longer.

Pricing is cool, I have xplan and ironically just got a $1,000 rebate in the mail today to combine with it. Might overall be the best deal I have gotten on a new car!

No idea why we got this. It was addressed to my wife, who has a fusion and a F250 to her name. Maybe because it's a labor day thing also.

I first talked to my dealer in Jan 2014. I was waiting a long time too.

Had no idea. But then again, we have bought more than a few fords, so I am sure it's tied to that.

Just got a call from my dealer, mine is on the lot. All wrapped up yet as requested. Going in to finalize paperwork tonight, unsure if I'll take delivery tonight or tomorrow after work. We'll see if I decide to let them pretty her up or not, haha.

If I were you I would tell them to leave the car alone. Detail it yourself and thank me later.
I work at a dealership in Louisiana.
Our dealership uses the same brushes and water/car wash for more than a few cars and this usually results in swirl marks before you even take delivery of the car.
