So I'm starting to understand things (I think) I am order number 0018 for Dealer F24454 (Karl Flammer Ford); I figured out they started at 0001 and ended at 0018 I thought I'd take a look at see which orders have VINs (which I am going to assume are stock orders). So far every order accept 0010,0012,0017,0018 have VINS. Order numbers 0005, 0006, 0015, 0016 were not used. If I am correct I will be the 4th retail ordered placed by Karl Flammer and that seems reasonable for the first week of retail orders (which I hope is this week).

If you have a Retail order, it never would have been given a VIN or scheduled before the "OK to Buy" date, which is hopefully sometime this week.
LOL I have no heard "ok to buy is hopefully this week" for the past 4 weeks.

I'd love to believe this but I don't see anything about them getting 15 on the FB page. Also the car in the pic doesn't have a window sticker so I am betting it is just a trainer.

I was just researching that and figured it out, it looks like it's a bit dirty to be fresh off the transporter. It's only a V6 (if I'm looking correctly) but hell I'd have been happy just to sit in it and see the interior.

Thanks for that information. Did he clarify what requires tinkering? Fit and finish? Component problems?
My bet is that has a lot more to do with the Eco-Boost. The 5.0 has the same motor so there may not be too much to have to adjust. Thats just a shot in the dark though. I could be wrong.

I look forward to hearing back from you on this.

Does this concern anyone else that has a Job1 car? I hope I'm reading into it and don't end up with an issue plagued car.
He never messaged me back. After he probably thought about it, he prolly thought to himself if would be more safe to keep it to himself.

Considering today was ANOTHER recall from GM. XTS and Impalas breaks are over heating or something like that lol

I was just told by my dealer that there is a big hold up now due to badging. Something like the GTs have four holes for badges and the badges only have three prongs, so they are waiting for new badging. Sounds so far fetched it just might be true
