Preach, brother! Maybe I'm a bit nuts but this is my DD just like my '14 GT is now and I hope we don't get what we had last winter lol. I actually never got stuck. Few close calls and a push from the PENNDOT boys who were salting the road. An S500 Mercedes and an M3 were stuck with me along the incline. At least I was in good RWD company. The PENNDOT guy goes "that sucks, man. This is a nice car, too..." I'm like yeah and it's going to stay that way lol.

Nope, but I learned my lesson and it will be this time. This was with stock Pirelli PZero A/S. I'm thinking of Blizzaks this winter.

GTs are great in the snow, if you leave them in your garage!!! ;-)

I've been driving my Mustang in the snow through some pretty brutal winters, and have only gotten stuck twice. Once, I pulled out of a parking spot onto an unplowed road that had 12 inches of snow -- which was over the axles, and so I had to dig out the underside of the car completely to get back in the parking spot. The other time, I had pulled in to an angled parking spot on a downhill grade and my bumper dug into a snow bank in front of the spot. When I came back to my car three hours later, it was iced in solid. I had to spend about an hour chipping away the ice that had locked in my front bumper and digging out the rear wheels to get traction to pull out backwards uphill, but it worked.

Other than, I've had absolutely zero problems driving in snow (on all-seasons). Matter of fact, I've had crazy amounts of fun driving in the snow, as seen below:

So once Sept 11th gets here do you think they will put the retail orders to be built in the order received as much as they can per parts available like they should? Or because a dealer sales more cars gets PREFERENTIAL treatment that the little people have to pay for like they shouldn't ? Not talkin dealer stock.

*53XXXXX VINs are production for current scheduled build dates
*5500001 - *5501964 VINs are LE models

Wouldn't LE's be a 1FA6P8RF0F550XXXX not P8C ??

The LEs are *550XXXX where XXXX = 0001 through 1964

The first "5" actually represents the Flat Rock assembly plant.

In that case I'd have to say a combination of the S550 Plat form, the first "5" being the Flat Rock assembly plant and the "50" being 50 year/50th anniversary... Yea I like that....:love:

Yes, P8R is the LE coupe.

Coupe Designators:

P8A - V6
P8C - V8
P8T - I4
P8R - LE

Convertible Designators:

P8E - V6
P8F - V8 (only available as Premium in Order Guide)
P8U - I4 (only available as Premium in Order Guide)

There may also be a unique designator for the one-off convertible LE.
