I think, given it's more "dynamic" design, S550 will suit silver/grey metallics.

One of my favourites from the Mustang palette in recent years was Vapor Silver

It'll be interesting to see if any of the "classic" Grabber colours work on S550. I hope they will, but I'm not so sure. Grabber Blue and Grabber Orange were great favourites of mine.

Competition Orange looked great on the SN95, so that could work nicely on S550.

Black ALWAYS looks good............when it's just detailed.........but I don't think I could face the upkeep any more :(

Once I moved to the south it got easier but man when I used to live in the NW it was a huge PITA. I kept telling myself satin silver would be so much easier to keep but got suckered into black b/c it looks so darn good when your done. Now I work most night shifts and it hardly matters Lol.

Next go round with the s550 I'm planning on one of the silver or grays. Vapor silver with black stripes would be great. Slowly wean myself off the black ;)

For Mustang's 40th Anniversary Ford brought a special Crimson Red Option.

Looking up 40th Anniversaries the gift is Ruby.

For 50th Anniversaries the gift is Gold...Ford has a Karat Gold in the works for the Escape...I'm thinking it may end up on the Mustang.

Noticed that the original design for the Pace Car had the stripes offset but then they went with them centered. The Ecoboost livery has the offset design today.
