Talked with my dealer this morning and what I thought was a retail order is actually a dealer inventory order. They had one ordered very similar to mine and they just made some minor changes to match mine. However, don't understand why it's still in order processing. I thought dealer orders were either in production or finished. Or are dealer stock still being made? Duh! I guess I am just a bit miffed to hear about people placing orders a full month behind mine and they show where theirs are finished and awaiting shipment.

Did you get a VIN yet? You also placed your order the day after the last batch of cars were scheduled, until yesterday there hasn't been a single VIN assigned since 7/10 so it would be impossible for someone that ordered one after you to have a car built and awaiting shipment, or even in production yet.

So that's why your order is still in order processing, along with everyone else that ordered after you, stock or retail.

I can tell you there are at least two of us with Dealer Stock still in Order Processing w/o VINs. Surely there must be others. If it gets down to the two of us, I say we go storm the gates at the factory!

When did you order and is it dealer stock or retail.

Either way you got your VIN, that's what's important. Ask them if you got a build date yet.
I got my VIN yesterday also and just found out this morning that my build is Scheduled to Week of Oct-06-2014

As of rignt now, my dealer stock order does not have a VIN. I have not heard back from Tricia or my dealer today though.

The only people who have a car awaiting shipment or even in production placed their order before you did. Anyone who placed an order, stock or retail, after 7/10 is still in the order processing stage. They just started assigning VINs again yesterday (stock only) so if yours didn't get pulled it should be next week. What is your priority?
