I SO feel for you May guys! Yikes. Climbing the walls by now. God gave me some gifts, I'm sure. Patience was not one of the originals. Even 50+ years into life, it's not my best thing. :headbonk:

Pre Order May 11th which secured my allocation. The rumor was LE banks would open on May 13th. When i went in he was able to access it and submit the order on May 13th. May 20th factory confirmed the order with the price.

I'm guessing that this was just a photoshop of what you hope to make the car look like once you take ownership, right? Ford does not offer any factory racing stripe options right now, do they?

Thank you for the update. Any word on the credit for the second set of wheels not received? I created a FordSocial Idea as suggested, but not much activity over there. I've also tweeted the recommendation:

Hopefully Ford realized their overcharge and takes care of this before delivery. I'd hate to pay it and then find out the fix the problem with Job 2 or MY16.

I wouldn't mind ordering the 50th anniversary appearance package, but it's a lot of money to pay when I'm not getting the most expensive part (the wheels) if I also order the performance package (which I will). Has Ford addressed this? Anyone asked their dealer about it?

Right - I pulled this from another forum that photo shopped it - once i get delivery of the car I'll be adding the stripes afterward.

Regarding the packages - I've talked with a ford rep, my dealer and other forum members and everyone has said that there's nothing that can be done. You get the PP wheels, and anything lost is Ford's way of milking the 50th Anniversary. I got both the 50th and PP because I see the 50th badging adding a lot of value to the car in the long term.

I ordered my 2015 EB and the salesman sent me this DORA today. I tried looking it up on COTUS, but I think i'm inputing the wrong order number or dealer code. Can someone please help me out, it's my first time ordering my mustang.

I might be missing something, but I don't see the dealer code anywhere on that sheet -- it's not what most people get for the purposes of entering info into COTUS.
