2015 Mustang Gt Reverse Lockout

I just had my transmission fully rebuilt. Goes through all 6 gears but will not go into reverse for anything. I replaced the shifter bracket from the OEM to a Full Tilt Boogie Reinforcement bracket. Still won’t work. I’ve looked up everything and cannot, for the life of me, figure out what it is.

The plastic lockout is not broken. The angle is not off. The backup camera does not come on.

Is there any way to adjust the OEM lockout?

I dont recall any adjustments on the oem shifter, I remember the barton had the ability to move around and adjust. but it's been years since I did the install. hopefully its not an issue with the rebuild

Shift knob is probably on too tight. Check if backing that off a fraction of a turn fixes it. I vaguely remember having an issue like that after a clutch job. I could be wrong…

I’ve taken the entire knob off and tried and even tried each level of tightness and still nothing.

I am wondering if the transmission isn’t sensing enough fluid in it.
