What do you guys reckon they might do extra for the EU interior ? Its not exactly a cheap car in the EU so the 50th anniversary interior as standard would be nice. Nicer materials for the door panel and center console.

A dealer gave me some papers on the car, papers I didn't find on the official ford website brochure.
The interior seems like a premium ecoboost in the USA. There are no details about the quality.
What I was happy with is that the standard mustang in Europe gets almost all the Perf Package options. The exception that comes to mind is the gauges. I believe every EU dealer have the detailed papers, but if someone wants, I can photo them and PM or post them here.

Yeah right, and I would love to have the seats with the pony logo and a lot of other things.....
but, you can't have them all for 35.000,00 euro's.

In the end, be glad that you can finally own and drive a Mustang

True but first gotta move to Belgium or Germany :) 49k for the Eco(70k with automatic) and 105k for the GT, here :(

But its kinda odd though. I have seen video's, reviews and posts that some people have soft touch others have hard plastic, even though they seem to have the same spec cars. Which makes me believe they do have different materials depending on the spec. Just wonder what comes as standard with the EU version as it already does come with premium and PP as standard.

Cant wait to see it at the dealer. We'll know for sure.

If you get the 'Custom pack' it will pretty much be like the 'premium leather interior trim' option you'd get in the US with the soft-touch panels etc.

If you want to be sure, I'll let you know when I get mine ;)

When I read up on the "Custom pack" it seems to be the 50th anniversary package but without any of the actual "50th" badging.

It isn't. It just gives you the chrome accents on the side that only the 50yr Limited Edition models have and a silver version of the GT PP wheels. So nothing in that pack is from the 50th anniversary appearance pack. It maybe just reads that way. Don't forget the pack also includes navigation, 12 speaker 'shaker pro' audio, airconditioned seats and the soft-touch premium interior panels.

Where does it say the custom pack includes an upgrade to soft touch interior materials?

Looking on the Ford UK site, the custom pack includes the wheels, the air conditioned seats, the chrome surrounds, the shaker pro system and the reverse parking sensors, nothing else.

In other countries it also says 'Premium Leather Interior'.

I like the rear deck panel how it says GT and the clear tail lights vs the US version.

Wonder if that may only be seats they are talking about ... Curious that they want people to order these things without letting us know what we are getting for our money... In my case a helluvalot of money

Compared to how much power you get for the money the EU Mustang is really cheap. And you dont have to preorder your car if you dont feel safe. For me I can live without some of the assistances etc (even if they are nice to have) - I pay for the 418hp and the interieur/features that can finally live up to other brands.

I hope they just remove the the faux gas cap or just add a 50 year option to it. I hate it. I just like the straight GT badge or the mustang logo on the back. Its bloody stupid that we have to have the faux cap. Not happy
