Hey guys so I was just chilling loading up a new tune loaded just fine then I tried to crank the car to start it and it doesn’t start just cranks checked fuel pressure regulator and it’s reading 0 fuel pressure. The car is 2.9 whipple with vmp fuel system installed by a shop and was running fine until right now. I went ahead and checked fuses by the fuse box and the one inside the fuse box and they all seem good and not blown. I don’t hear the pumps priming when I took off my back seats. Could it be that the fuel pump died? I just installed it like less than a month ago and only driven the car for like less than 800 miles maybe even less.

Old tune it started, new tune it doesn’t? Can you reload the old tune first to see if it starts again?

Do you have remote start? Might try that. Had a similar issue (but no tune), no prime with foot in brake, but car would start with remote. Re-seated all the fuses and wire harness connectors on the BCM, and the issue went away.

Call your tuner…there’s lots of options for them to check, or un-check 😉

If you've reloaded previous tunes that didn't have the issue and it still persists then that's decent evidence that it's mechanical. May have been caused by the new tune, but I'd check the fuses, relays and the FPDM (if you're still using it). I'd multimeter and check that it's giving signal to the FPDM for initial prime (which should momentarily on-off when you press either brake or clutch or start button). Then check between the FPDM and the relays. Then check in between the relays and the pumps.

Do you know where the relays would be on the vmp fuel system
