Well guys, I have been going back and forth with the manufacturer and am pleased to report that they will be making a black version with a 7,400 rpm redline available next week. I personally think this is a cool item and once they have it available for sale and I buy it I will post some pics.
Do you have any pics of the black version?

I just received it this week and was really hoping to install it this weekend but my work schedule is insane right now and I probably won't get to it for a few weeks. In the meantime, here are some pictures of it sitting on my bench. It's a smooth matte black that seems better quality than the OEM plastic and should blend in nicely.

At least I know the quality would be high, and last. Their is no direct access to Chinese companies and to get a resolution is almost impossible. Good Luck

No offense bud. :)While goods mass produced in China may have had quality issues up till a few years ago, a large number of factories in China now manufacture goods that match western quality standards and sometimes even exceed them. You can check out s550euros. They have the exact same product. Good luck.

Hey fellow mustang owners,

This looks really cool, Has the group buy already happened? Also, I noticed that one listing shows a 6,500 RPM redline. Mine is much higher, is there any way to modify that?

Thanks all.

I hope the newer ones will have the higher rpm indicated. What does yours go to?

It'll do 8K but typically shift at 7.5K on the straights.

Anyone here fitted one yet, any thoughts on how to retain the number plaque? Does if change colors as you change dash colors? Because damn that looks interesting :)
