There was a 'member' here who posted this info but someone called him out (they offered up an email that was reported to be troll-like) and the posts were either removed by the 'member' or the mods. Almost immediately another member, Diana came to the defense of the original 'member' in their first post on this forum. It was all very suspect IMO.
My two cents at the time:

Back to our original programming.....
Lately there have been a few low post people trolling over this issue (in an attempt to trigger outrage and a response). I reported both of them because they were obvious troll posts. They have been deleted. Now all of a sudden, there is a lawyer who is litigating this issue and soliciting clients.......

Wow. You cant make this stuff up.

Don't know them, have not contacted them, just putting it here for anyone that still gives a shit about the 2016 Limp Mode in daily driving issues. I have decided to work with Voodoo and install coolers and other upgrades. It is however my last Ford.

I was the one who google that users email address and found him listed as a spammer with 13 different web sites reporting and it seems that triggered the user to be banned. I am not sorry as the information was accurate the user was better off being more forthright and should of just posted the legal reference rather than acting as a filter and collecting ppl email address. Diana has done just this been more forthright and posted that info and thats what should have happened in the first place. Thats one side of it..

The other side is I am also seeking a legal avenue to resolve my personal issue. For me my transmission actually went out.

I don't know who this legal person is in Miami although its beneficial for Multi-district litigation vs. Class actions for the individual owners while still enjoying the benefits such as pooling legal resources. I have my own legal resource a federal trial attorney who practices in 4 federal districts that only likes to go to the court room who's doing the Johnson & Johnson talcum powder suit. I am also speaking to another acquaintance listed below who is on the counsel for the VW diesel gate legal issue which is more inline with the automotive field. My issue is more state lemon law yet there is a clear line drawn to the mortal flaw on non-cooled tech transmission class suit being discussed.

I will post the information merely as informative and not as solicitation. People are free to do what they like with it just like others post of online part suppliers in various other threads as reference. I am in no way affiliated nor have anything to do with your particular case.

Again your on your own I am not your filter or spokesperson.

Just to be clear I love my GT350 outside its mortal flaw. I am not bashing or lashing out I just want to be made whole. I can honestly say the car is fantastic and I've owned cars at twice the cost and wouldn't shy anybody away from a '17 GT350 its truly a fantastic machine. The '16 Tech is a black sheep and $7500 option at that, tech owners got screwed when we thought we were paying to get more. Ford has done nothing to fix the issue even when the transmissions blow up they put the same faulty trans back in and provide no avenue for remedy. Ford Motorsports acknowledges the flaw and will sell you parts this isn't a solution and if Motorsports knows you bet your ass Ford corp. knows. Rather than fix the issue and loose money they are profiting from their flaw which has legal implications.

The main issue is there is a limited base of 2300 cars affected and Ford feels they don't have to do anything. 8k cars is the requirement for a recall by federal standards so they are just playing the numbers game. You figure 4k per car at 2300 cars thats over 9 million, to Ford the customer can eat the flaw. When a class action is filed it will cost them double and only than will tech owners issues be acknowledged again because the beans start adding up only now in the wrong direction for Ford. The owners will only get their cars fixed unfortunately only the lawyers are the winners in this scenario with a gain.

My apologies for stirring a pot that I did not know what was in it. I did message you yesterday but you have not responded, saying I see what you meant and my post was duplication. So, again, I apologize. I am just trying to learn here and maybe help with my newest post.
You're ok man. Don't sweat it.

Although this can be a tough crowd, it is nowhere as brutal as the LS1GTO forums.

Yes these forums have been informative and at times spirited.
I think for the most part we are proud to be fortunate to own and drive one. We have all learned that the base and tech need help to cool the transmission and differential to keep it healthy and to extend the life of these parts and allow those who wish to track can do so. Also to maintain value. What we disagree on is how to get to that end point. Everyone's opinion and solution should be respected. We all have learned a lot from the super mechanics on these forums. I don't think anyone has been malicious, only frustrated!

Wow was just reading another thread on folks who ordered 2017 and although a small sampling don't see ADMs like what many of us paid. That's even more frustrating.

Has anyone tried to sell their Tech pack trans ? Is there any reason to think anyone might want it ? Might the bell housing pattern be common Ford ?

I just talked to a lawyer who is researching a class action or other action against Ford for the cooler fiasco. She is consulting with a second firm next week and should have more to report after March 3. I can provide her contact information if anyone is interested. I'm not sure I'm going this way or not but I do feel Ford has not done much if anything resolve this issue on the most track capable Mustang ever.

I haven't followed this thread 100%. But how the heck do you think you'll sue ford over your car not having coolers when the optional track pack and R have them. This sounds like I should sue ford because my car doesn't have navigation because the tech cars have it. I knew when I ordered my car that the track and R had coolers. It was clear as day in print.
I'm not judging you or trying to go against you. I'm just asking what grounds does a base/tech owner have against ford in court?

I think the issue is the claims of the most capable Mustang ever, as well as the inference that adding coolers was something that would be available and simple to do. The lack of warranty of the Ford solution also is an issue. The track pack cars were clearly intended to be for more hard core track junkies but the standard 350 should be able to outlast a Mustang GT which it doesn't.

I'm not disagreeing with you. But it's like this...
You wouldn't tow a 25000 pound trailer with a F150 when you know you need a F350.
If you bought a F150 knowing its tow rating is say 10000 pounds and tried to tow over that weight rating you can't blame ford. Ford gave the options of base, tech, track and R. I agree they should all be capable of going to a track and making passes. But ford never said how many minutes or passes it'll do. Let's say 8000 GT350's are made. How many do you think really see the track? I feel for you I honestly do. I know your frustration, and I wish their was an easy fix.
