Just want to get an opinion on if their is an advantage or disadvantage to going with 20’s instead of 19’s. It’s sucks that premium GTs come with base model 18 inch rims , but I’m going to get a new setup soon.
20s baby!! As soon as I got my '22 GT the second thing I did, after tinting the windows of course, was swap out for a new set of 20" tires and rims 😁

Premium GTs have a few wheel options, so your question doesn't make sense.

You can't just ask 20s vs 19s, there's lot of other variables to be considered. It's not like you would just roll into your local rim shop and ask for 20s and be done.
Why not?? I did exactly that🤷🏽‍♂️

I’ve had back to back ‘19 GT Vert 10 speeds…20’s on my first now 19’s on this one. I have to admit the ride quality is much better on 19’s - I no longer feel the road nearly as much. I’m 19x10 & 19x11 285/35 & 325/30. Very happy with them.

What offset with the 11” rears and 325/30 rubber?

Well.....jus fer starters, there's section width, and aspect ratio, and speed rating, and.........

There's a lot more than just 19 or 20.

All of those decisions are and can be made after you have chosen your wheel size. Actually choosing just between wheels sizes is pretty easy. Tires can be a little more complicated.

I have 20” fact on my car. If I was to buy a set of rims and tires. I would go with 19” without question. 19 allows to purchase tires with a larger sidewall for better ride and better traction. My 20s look great and don’t ride bad. But, 19s are much better.
