Thanks! I've made it a goal to do a sub 2 minute at Thunderhill and burto willow before trying out other tracks.

I may do Sonoma and Laguna this year but we'll see.

Hopefully I'll see you out there I have 10 trackdays planned this year
Sub 2:00 @ TH is really fast!

I have some times @ ~2:13 but that was with the bypass. I think I'm around 2:15 with the cyclone. I think I timed your video @ around 2:18 but now I can't remember exactly.

Can't wait to see how you get the times down.

I've driven Sears Point (I will probably always call it that) once, and it was a lot of fun. Nerve wracking in several places, but my power steering pump went out after only a couple sessions, so I didn't get to spend much time there.

I have lots of laps @ Lagnua and TH. Hope to get down to some of the more southern tracks eventually.

In my previous car I did a 2:04 at buttonwillow and 2:06 at Thunderhill. I know this car can do it. It just needs a few things haha.

I've had power steering issues at Thunderhill too. Good times haha!

Thanks I hope this helps everyone gain some confidence to track their car!
To be honest when I view threads on trackdays and progress like this it does increase my motivation and desire to try it. I am only about 1.5hours from LimeRock park on the east coast and trackdays may be in the future.

However, I am still going back and forth between the v6 and EcoboostPP. As of right now, I cannot find the EcoboostPP I want. Plenty of v6's tho.

Question: You say the temps of these motors/oils run hot. Did you see a temp increase after the tune? Or was it relatively the same? Lastly, what are the temps when cruising down the highway? Or is this your dedicated trackcar along with that sti lol :headbang:

Cheers

Without the cooler at the track yes.

On he street with the tune there was no change. Typically with more power you will make more heat.

Cruising is in the the 200-210 range I believe.

If you choose to track intercooler and oil cooler should be the first things on your list in my opinion.
