I'm kinda digging it! 
They FINALLY got a real grille instead of the stupid mesh looking grille of the past.
(It's still not a "true" SuperSnake in my eyes though, as a true SuperSnake starts life as a GT500.)

This. I like that front. Not a fan of the splitter on a splitter.

That bumper has potential, just get rid of the extra splitter and those shields in the side grills and the bar in the upper grill.

The vents are there, just further back towards the cowl.

That was my first thought too, but it doesn't look bad. Makes the intake interesting and I don't normally like anything in there (not even the emblem.)
The only things I don't like are the splitter bunk bed and the stripe. I know the Super Snake is supposed to have a fat stripe down the middle like that, but that hood looks made for two fat stripes front to back.
Overall though this looks great!:cheers:

I couldn't quite place it until you posted this and now it makes sense, that's exactly what I was thinking as well. I'm not crazy about that front end at all. The rest looks great though.
