18+ Premier Trim Center Console

Is the 18+ Premier Trim center console soft touch like the new knee bolsters or is it hard plastic just with some stitching added towards the front?

I'm planning on ordering the knee bolsters since I know they're nice, but the center console is expensive. Not sure if it's worth it. I have a 2016 Premier Trim car that is only missing these two pieces compared to 2018+.

It is soft touch and it is much nicer than the normal version. How much nicer? Individual decision really but it was enough to convince me to go for the premium package.

Is the material similar to the stitched upper dashboard pieces, or softer like the arm rests?

Probably closer to the dash. It isn't soft like the armrest, it's mostly just an improvement in the finish that doesn't look like shiny plastic.
