18 manifold lockout poll / dynos

Everyone who's installed the 18 manifold, I'm just trying to create a somewhat neat thread with all this info in one place..

- Are you locked out or do you have the CMCV functioning?

- If functioning did you solder the connectors or use PNP ones?

- If PNP connectors who / where did you order them from?

- Who tuned your car?

- How's the drivability?

Lastly throw up your Dyno sheet if you had one done.

Locked out and Lund tuned. Driveability is good but Ive got this odd surge every now and again when stabbing throttle. If feels like it starts to pull then just hits a dead spot and starts to pull again. Lund wants me to try and see if it does it with the E85R tune, im on a flex tune at the moment. Also, am I the only one that wasn't blown away with the performance gain? I mean sure its there but the way some of you all talk about the crazy top end, I guess I was expecting a bit more...
