18" foundry wheels with springs ?

Looking to get springs probably eibach pros soon and was looking to see if anyone is lowered on springs with stock 18inch foundry wheels

Why do wheels matter if tire diameter is the same between all wheel sizes ?

Not my car, but these are from CJPP's site for their brand of lowering springs.
