16 GT Sync 3 Update Problems

Just bought my 16GT and sync 3 is still on 1.0 and trying to upgrade to 3.0 with no Luck. Have watched few videos on youtube and followed what they did get it to work. Have read that you need 2.2 to upgrade to 3.0 0n 15 and 16. Anyone have this file or know where can be downloaded?

Honestly just save yourself the time and trouble going to 3.0. Just head over to Cyanlabs and get 3.4. Understand upfront that it is a hack (using actual Ford files) but it been proven reliable over the years. Just take your time and follow the directions.
