Prior to installing an over the air update you will see a hyperlink titled WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THIS UPDATE on your SYNC account: https://owner.ford.com/tools/account/how-tos/keep-your-sync-up-to-date.html

That should have some of the information you're looking for as it becomes available.
