15-17 factory manual shift knob

The the metal foil, or whatever FORD uses to highlight the shift pattern & numbers are peeling away. What have you guys done to repair it? Or any other creative solutions other than replacement. Thanks.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's still under warranty haha.

I haven't noticed that, but I just replaced mine with a red cueball.
