I have a 2016 GT base with a Roush Phase II kit installed +
BBK Longtubes
Corsa Extreme Catback
SCT x4

I'm planning to add a JLT cold air intake and maybe a 10% ATI overdrive pulley. Has anyone else added a 10% lower and if so how much power did you pick up?

The boost levels with the 10% will probably surpass the limit of running 93 octane. Unless you are planning on race fuel or E-85, it is not recommended.

Can you run as 6 rib belt with a 8 or 10 rib lower? probably better off getting a hasty bracket and a 75mm Pulley

and like Dalton said if you aren't on E85 or race fuel you will need to be for anything lower than a 79mm ( as per lund)

I wouldn't recommend messing with lower balancers unless you are planning on making over 800 wheel. 72 or 69 mm pulley and send it

Wow! Thanks for the responses. Hopefully I'll make my power goals with the new mods. E85 is an option but one I want to stay away from.

93 octane is only good for about 10-12psi so you'll need race fuel or E85 if you want to run a below a 79mm pulley

I dyno'd mine earlier this year with Stage II kit, BBK Longtubes, flowmaster exhaust and it put down 648/544. Hoping a full 3inch Corsa exhaust and JLT cai will get me to 675rwhp.

Bigger throttle body and bigger intake either JLT or Pmas will do the trick to hit 675. I like the more closed look of the Pmas personally.

According to Lund, swapping to JLT (maybe PMAS also) will gain ~1psi boost.

I'm not even seeing 10lbs of boost on my current gauge. Unfortunately didn't log boost levels on my previous runs on the dyno. Hope to get it into the shop soon for a re-tune for the most recent mods but may need to save for a throttle body.
