10/23 update

All...what time tomorrow (eastern time) will COTUS update to hopefully show me that I got a VIN...considering ive been waiting since 6/4

I hope in the morning. Last week the VINs didn't populate until 4pm. Not sure if that will happen this week or not. I ordered on 5/21.

I think the 4pm deal was a rare case... unless another bulletin comes out saying something like that, it should be earlier.
