I know it's been a while but did you ever get this sorted out? I'm having the same problem.

Being not ready is likely those parameters shut off in the tune. You'll need to put the stock or another tune on the car to turn them back on, then likely have to run something like o2 simulators from Big Daddies Garage or a similar site to get them into a ready state since your catless.

If your able to put the stock tune back on, make sure you pull the battery cable for a little while after its loaded as i've had a hard fault that wasn't showing a DTC lingering that was preventing the monitors from going to ready. The battery reset cleared that up for me.

Appreciate the reply since I've been chasing this for a while. Mine is tuned through Palm Beach Dyno and I'm running the emissions friendly tune. Still have my cats as there's been no major exhaust changes, other than axel back. Only real big change was the 2018 manifold installed with IMRC delete. I'm just not sure what to do next.

That sounds like the same hard fault i had that didn't throw a check engine light, but prevented all the monitors to get into a ready state. This was back in 2014 though... After chasing things for a while i pulled the battery terminals off, let them sit for a few hours to drain all the residule juice in the system, then started the drive cycles again. They finally went through after that. You can use an obd2 wifi/bluetooth adapter and something like OBD Fusion or Torque app to monitor the drive cycles to see if they get into the ready state for testing.
