I can't ever find anything when I do searches here but I do try.

Is the 0 to 60 of a stock GT coupe the same for Automatic and Manual?

On the track apps with my stock auto with 3.55 gears it went 0-60 in 4.6 seconds.

My car was also equipped with the 18" foundry wheels, spare tire, full tank of gas and is a Base model.

Car and Driver did a test of the nearly base model auto; it mustered 4.5 ... they didn't list the upgrade to 3.55 from 3.15 but I've heard that the 3.15 are good for 4.5 because of the different gear ratios in the auto tranny itself.

Seems like the 3.55 and 3.73 give better 0-60 on sticks, but, I'm seeing the same 0-60 numbers there too - in fact, the only gains I saw online were the 2011-2014 models (e.g.: 3.31 stick 4.6 and 3.73 stick 4.3)

Best I have seen was a PP GT do 4.3 most average drivers will hit around 4.5 or 4.6

Yeah, prolly the bit of extra weight, up from the last S197. My 13 Boss was pegged at a best of 4.0 flat, but I tell ya, the butt dyno can't tell much difference between that and my auto 15!

I don't know if I'm a bad driver but I can't exceed 5.2s in my 3.31 GT.

BMR and Steeda make parts that will help with your wheel hop. The BMR cradle bushing lockout kit is one of the most preferred parts to mitigate the wheel hop. Should help your 0-60 time.
