0-60 Times

I'm consistently getting 6.2 seconds to 60mph every single time over and over with advancetrac off, with tc on I'm getting 6.4 seconds.. I've tried S, D, short shifting, revving it out.. always 6.2-6.4.. I've tried launching at 1k, 1500, 2k, 2500 and even 3k.. 3k was the slowest with tons of wheel spin Lol..

I even tried at different temps.. on a cool day it was about 70 degrees out, still 6.2

On a normal day it was around 90ish degrees, still 6.2

All runs done at night, same road, relatively flat, no noticeable incline/decline albeit a bit bumpy.

How in the hell are you guys managing these low 5's completely stock?..

p.s. monitoring the readout, my car goes up to 21psi which was a surprise, I thought these things pinged around 18psi max stock.

20-21 stock. Looks like you have a base auto from your profile, which means you have 3.15s. So...

1- Don't shift to third
2- Brake boost a tad, I wouldn't go above 5psi of boost or you'll spin.
3- Try rolling into the throttle instead of mashing it. Then try going WOT, see what works best for you.

Do it on a safe area!!!

I don't shift to third in S and in D it reaches 60 in 2nd.
I've tried short shifting in 1st at 5500.. hit the paddle at roughly 4500 and it shifts close to 5500.

I do break boost, 1500-2k rpm's seems to be the sweet spot, I've tried mashing and rolling into the throttle.. rolling nets 6.2, mash nets 6.3-6.4

I mean.. it's super consistent.. 6.2 best every time.. I dunno. :headbonk:

Part of me wants to start dumping money into mods.. but most of me wants to just pay this damn thing down as much as possible and trade it in in 3 years for a manual GT.. Lol.

Anyone try Michelin SuperSports or BridgeStone Potenza on this car? I see a lot of Pzeros which arent the best performing tires these days grip wise, though they are cheaper.

I'm at sea level, damn near 100% humidity all the time and yeah, 255 R19's Pirelli P Zero Nero's.

what RPM you shifting? redline? Try 6000-6200

Got a wild hair this evening and went out to see what I could do.

5.1 seconds. New personal best. Considering it's a manual I'm happy with that.

Previous best was 5.9 when it was completely stock.

Overall I'm happy with it. Been tuned the last 5000 miles and never had a single instance where it didn't behave exactly like a stock vehicle except faster. It's seamless from a driver's point of view until you mash the pedal. Then it's obvious.

I debated a different setup. Datalogs etc.. And not taking shots at anyone I'm just too busy in life right now to fool with that stuff. The free revisions is nice too. Just put in a request for a new tune yesterday for my next round of mods.

I do wish they would be more forthcoming about the changes they make for different mods. The answer , and I'm paraphrasing, "it's complicated" was a bit of an insult.

So yeah. That's what I think of my Livernois tune.

Several 5.0 's base model 3.15 gears, auto, leave at 2k ish shift at 5500, cobb OTS, mishi DP with cat.
