Can the tie down loops be used when the plastic pan is on?

Per the feedback I received:

"Yes, just have to make a couple custom access holes. We have ran ours like this on the Silver Bullet"

Unfortunately the tie down loops are not accessible with the belly pan installed. The belly pan is required to tie the front bumper cover, fender liners, and such together so without cutting some sort of holes they can't be used.

Well it has been a while but I finally got back to work on my Steeda equipped K-member. I have switched to MMD Mustang GT350 chin spoiler and standard belly pan instead of my performance pack belly pan. I riveted a standard chin spoiler to the MMD so the belly pan would fasten to the front fascia, in its entirety. I am happy to report with the standard belly pan there are six recessed holes that line up perfectly with the K-member and can be tie strapped very easily and out of the way of air flow. What did not fit well was my steering rack cover. What I ended up doing is cutting a 15" by 29.75" piece of Polyethelyene board and drilling some holes to zip tie that to the k-member. I am pretty happy with the results and I think it is going to be plenty robust for track days.
