Who is the Ford Customer Service Representative on these forums?

I've worked with Deysha on other forums for issues with my car, they really help get the job done. I've got a blown head gasket under warranty, I'd like to get a case started with Ford ASAP.

That would be a shame. Their Forum representation was the only good that I've found with Ford's overall customer service

Face it, we are now the old model, no need to address our concerns as they are pushing the introduction of the '18 as new and improved but, they will still have the same issues because it is still the same basic platform.
