Carbon Dynamics / after 6 months wait for wing

This is my experience with cd and if you got your wing faster or in good condition, good for you.

So I bought the cd gt350r wing on October 2015 and paid through paypal. I got the wing on Dec and it was damaged on the sides ( everyone who received their wing had the same damage) and the fitment was bad. The fitment was not laying flat on the trunk. If you attempt to make it lay it flat to fit, the fiber glass would cracking. so I messaged cd right away and told them avout the damage and the fitment.

Cd told me they were going to send a cf replacement with better fitting and plug and play and a plug for the holes

So I attempted to make contact with cd and Sam from Dec 2015 through may 2016 weekly and monthly. Over and over , cd or sam would promise to ship it "next week, this wed , this Friday , next month ,etc, etc it was a frustrating wait! Now , Sam the owner would post in face book about his wings on other customers , and I would respond with where's mine and he would say , we're working on it. You'll have it next week, blah, blah, blah

So after messaging this guy and sometimes won't get any response I finally received a wing on may of 2016. I was happy to receive the box until I opened it and checked the quality.

Well the both corners where the cf were glued were separating and coming apart and the fitment was the same!!! It was still bowing and not flat to he trunk (same as the old ones) I would still have to drill. There were no plugs or stickers for the holes and the screws to secure the wing was only 6 not 8 .

So I messaged cd and Sam and sent a picture. I did not get a response until a week. Finally, i made contact and asked for a refund and Sam said he can't get me a refund but another wing (track pack) so I agreed and after a week, no response from cd. You would think , i would be priority

So I decided to call paypal and asked for a full refund and told pp that I'm not interested on the cd wing and this would only drag.

I have talked to many cd customers and have experience on the same thing. I hope paypal can reinburse cause I am done with carbon dynamics I usually don't make a noise about things like these and I am tired of staying quiet.

Beware of carbon dynamics for you who are thinking of buying their products, spend a little more with a better company in was blinded with a price cheaper product

After struggling like hell to extract information from them regarding shipment of the track pack spoiler, I decided to stay well clear of them and cancelled my order a long time ago.

They occasionally log onto the forum to answer peoples questions, but in general they are a nightmare to communicate with. I've had sporadic moments of contact, then days/weeks before they reply to facebook messages (which is their preffered method of contact apparantly)

Absolute worst company to deal with. Only reason I'm running their spoiler now is because my stock one is damaged. Horrible customer service. Can't back their product up whatsoever and no quality control. I advise everyone not to even consider buying from them.
