**Boost Works 850hp Packages are in stock, and ready to ship! Give us a call at 281-398-1850, or email at [email protected] to get yours today!**

Building on our already solid program for the 2015 Mustang, we're proud to offer our 850hp / H.O. Package through Boost Works.

(Our customer Jeff, and his 850hp powered 50th Anniversary GT)

Available in anodized black, or polished, and featuring standard items not found in other packages, we've packed a ton of cool into this new system!

Built off of the new patented 3.2LC Kenne Bell head unit, we are proud to offer the biggest available twin screw for your S550 that will fit without any modifications to your hood, or need for sub-frame spacers. With a very efficient 4x6 rotor profile, and patented liquid cooled snout, this is one of the most efficient mid-frame superchargers available!

After nearly 8 months of testing with our shop car at the 725-730whp level, and having run low 10 second ET's consistently with a full weight car at 660whp, we've put the time in to bring you guys a reliable package that safely extracts the most power possible out of your otherwise stock 2015 GT! This setup makes 850bhp, on 93 octane at 11-12psi of boost, with stock exhaust manifolds, and exhaust. This equates to around 710-725whp through the auto/manual, respectively. Our customer's car shown above had LT headers and a OD lower balancer.

(Kenne Bell 168mm TB, versus stock TB)

A few of the key features to our 850hp package:

- KB 3.2LC Supercharger (Tested to 1200hp)
- KB high capacity Mammoth Inlet (Tested to 1500hp)
- KB Lower manifold and high capacity intercooler core (Tested to 1500hp)
- KB high capacity heat exchanger (Tested to 1500hp)

Other standard items included and necessary to make 850hp:

- MMR billet oil pump gears
- MMR billet timing chain sprocket
- KB 168mm billet big oval throttle body
- KB 4.5" cold air inlet tube and filter
- KB 20v Pro Series Boost-A-Pump
- Injector Dynamics ID1000 Fuel Injectors
- SCT X4 Handheld (includes our canned tune, or 1 tuning credit with Lund Racing.. your choice)

We have these systems in stock, and available for both automatic and manual transmission equipped vehicles! Contact us for more info: [email protected] / 281-398-1850

I am at a loss for words.

I want to win a $10K lottery ticket.

I know a lot of you guys have seen this.. But many haven't. This was back in November of last year. Basically, this is the type of performance you can expect out of an otherwise bone stock/full weight car on a good tire.

[ame]

That's with clutch issues.. With a good clutch (or through an auto), you can expect 9 second ET's @ 135+mph at full weight. Drive it there, run, and drive it home.

And all that boost and power on stock piston and rings. These are N/A piston and rings made for much lower heat and pressure. Their life will shorten hugely.
It's an awesome S/C for a fully built motor, not stock.

Is the 3.2 a new supercharger?

That was my first thought as well.

While I can certainly understand your concern, there's a little bit of exaggeration here.

While there's no doubt that ANY power adder will effectively shorten the overall lifespan of your engine, we're talking about reducing service life from, say.. 250K miles, to 125K miles. We have spent years torture testing our shop owned vehicles, and we've performed very thorough tear-down and part analysis to see how parts wear and why.

The Coyote is a very robust engine. The pistons (while cast), are still very strong. They also have anodized coatings, which help to block heat absorption and cushion thermal shock/loading. The rings are steel, and are very much up to the task. I had a chance to analyze the new 2nd gen Coyote internals, and I was quite impressed with how much Ford has stepped their game up.

Saying a piston will not last just because it's cast is just not the case. Detonation and RPM are the two things that kill pistons. Control both, and cast pistons in today's day and age are just fine. We have at least 50 1st gen Coyote's that have 50, 60, and 70K miles on them at big power levels.
The rods in this engine are very robust (Boss 302 pieces). The rod and bolt combo will hold every bit of 900hp. We've seen it done numerous times.

At 850hp, you're making about 725whp. Our shop car has been at this level for nearly 8 months. In those 8 months, we've logged almost 6K miles of 100% torture testing. Drag strip, street, and endurance testing. We have customers approaching that same mileage without so much as a hiccup at the 650-680whp level.

So, I can appreciate your concern. There's an inherent risk when you add any sort of power adder. We have done everything possible R&D wise with our own personal shop vehicle to make sure the product that we sell is as reliable as possible at these power levels. For those who are overly concerned, our 650 and 750hp packages may be more suited. :)

Cheers..

It's been out for about 7 months now. It's a big bore 2.8L case, with a more efficient rotor pack. Lower IAT's, and of course, 4 tenths of a liter more displacement. We've seen IAT's at 120 degrees in 90 degree ambient temps. Good stuff!

Subscribing...I am always confused as to why some superchargers put out so much more Tq than others? Looking at that graph the torque is much higher across the band as well as peak than say the Whipple I've been looking at???

That's a great option, and at a good price too :).

The engine bay looks great, it just needs a different coolant reservoir.
