Interesting.....have yet to have any brake noise but may have heard what could be an exhaust leak? Will have to mention the TSBs when i take it in for the first oil change

I want to know more as well. I wonder if it has to do with the exhaust rattle many people including myself discussed in the exhaust rattle threads.

The way the TSB reads it is a non PP GT and the Ecoboost with PP as they have the same brakes.

You should not have any issues as you have the PP.

Ok that's good to know- and i thought i may have heard a slight hissing echoing off of the wall at a drive thru the other day but haven't really looked into it any further- could be an exhaust leak.....or a snake!

squealing brakes

My brakes squeal so loud my wife said she could hear it pulling up to a stoplight this morning and she was in the car ahead of me. Can be a little embarrassing in parking lots.
Are the dealers just going to replace with the same pads or did Ford come up with a new compound?

The TSB is for rotors and pads to be replaced.

Hmm got the rotors fixed but didn't know about windshield noise or exhaust issues, mine was built in the timeframe. Anyone with the wind noise or exhaust issue that could elaborate on it so the rest can look to see if we are experiencing it ? Thanks for posting this.

I had a wind noise like a whistle when i was on the highway but after adjusting my hood more downward it went away, i also had rattles but i ve been living in the chicago area and the temps were really low but now the temps are above 60 degrees the rattles started to fade away infact we took a long road trip yesterday a 7 hour ride and the car didn't even rattled once i m so surprised that the interior is really temperature sensitive! My car was built 10/14/2014

The brake TSB is not for squeaking, but for a groaning noise. Mine does it after stop and go traffic until they cool down.

My 15 GT PP just got diagnosed with the problem today when I took it in for its first oil change. The service manager said many people were complaining of the same issue. I was told the brake replacement parts are on 2 week backorder now.
