I have only heel toed in 3 cars , Mazdaspeed3 (hard) , e36 (easy) , and the S550 . Also on my Logitech pedals on my computer (super duper easy) How would you rate the stock set up ?

I'm thinking its not as easy as the e36 by far. Maybe slightly better then the Mazda .

Do the pedal extensions work well ? the pedal spacer ?

Almost as easy as my Evo 8 was. The pre 2018 cars have closer spaced gears which probably makes it even easier

Actual heel and toe for me it was hard, simply because the gas pedal is so close to the trans tunnel that I would often hit it. What works better is to roll over the gas pedal with a toe and toe essentially instead of the heel.

But I've been hooked on this damn auto blip that I had on my previous car and don't really need to do anything special to downshift.

Everybody is different but it's not too bad for me. On the street it's a little awkward but when you're out on track and slamming down on the brakes, it's pretty easy. Some people like pedal extensions but we all have different size feet. I personally haven't found the need to modify my pedals.

I have no issues at all. In fact, I find it quite easy.

I am probably thinking its harder because I am not braking hard enough on the street .

A wider (steeda) pedal solved it for me, although sometimes (rarely) I have stabbed for the brakes at an event and grab a bit of gas pedal. Shoes factor in too.

The best non-driving driving shoes are Chuck Taylors ( which is what I wear at the track )

I'm sure the classic Airwalks and Vans are good too.

Stock pedal raised up and I can do it except in a pinch when I'm hard breaking and need to rev match at the same time. In that case, the brake pedal is too far down for my to hit the gas pedal with my bad, weaker right ankle. I'm getting there. I will try the wider Steeda pedal; see if that helps. Had one for over a year, haven't installed it.

I do have the Auto-Blip and that is nice, but I don't want to depend on it.

I can heal toe a BMW or any car with a bottom hinged gas pedal all day long...

I'm an old guy with a bad right ankle and I have no problem at all heel/toeing with this car. The stock pedal spacing is fine, especially if you use the side of your foot to blip the throttle. So it's not a real heel/toe, it's a roll of the foot but I've been doing it this way since 1970 and it works fine with this car. If you've got a real narrow foot you might want to put one of the wider gas pedals on, that helps some people out.

Love these pedals over my 96 track car. Literally had to get off the brake to stab the gas and jump back over. That is with both running shoes and my G-Force race shoes.

That looks real good to me, you've got more coverage of the gas pedal with your foot than I get and I have no issues. I wear sneakers as well, racing shoes tend to be skinny IMHO.
