Lol thanks, sorry just saw your post. GT was 75% of the reason I went with the V8. Not just the speed, you can add turbos and all that jazz, it was the sound.

This is why you need to be really careful when making rights from a stop sign when there's someone already waiting to go straight

Here I save a couple lives with my train horns

Minivan cuts across all the lanes for no reason at all

All of these were amazing, in the worst way. A lot of people on here have very stringent standards towards other drivers that would make half my city fail in their eyes. This stuff is just flat out terrible.

What about making a left turn from a right turn lane right across the front of cars in the other lanes, without even looking to the left!

Yup. Florida. Land of the no turn signals, and just in general doing whatever you please while in a vehicle.

In Dec I was in Tampa when we came across a car almost double-parked in a handicap lane (his car was over the line by an inch or two.

We were able to get in barely....

Four people in their 20s come rushing out and jump in the cheap 30k Mercedes. No handicap sticker, sign or plate...

They are looking hard while pulling out and stop behind our truck... still looking.

Not hard for me to ignore them since I'm getting my wheelchair bound friend (and chair) out the truck. Of course then they pull off. :-/

When I pull into spots I try to get a spot that is against a curb so I can pull as far from a line as possible, because of reasons like this.

so they were in a handicap spot, and 2 inches into the handicap spot next to them?

They were... but it was not too bad for us since we still had enough room to open the doors to the car... they were able to jump in without moving their car. In other words, we did not act like buttholes and move so close to make a point.

Actually, no one really said anything about the way they were parked... my friend was in pain but wanted to go in this place to get some food before going in for the night. No one even cursed when we saw their car... I was thinking about logistics and getting the chair out and her. This was a temp long-term situation for her so all new to us.

Anyway, one of those times you are in a situation and don't even realize it.

My friend was in pain... all I really cared about.

It was two guys and two ladies... young yuppie/gangster/too-cool types. Hey I can drive a Mercedes, bow down to me...

I almost had a close one too yesterday. Some people drive really stupid.
