I have to be honest I was hoping we wouldn't be seeing the snake for a while. But it does look good regardless of whether or not the Shelby name/logo is here to stay.

It's a nicely done render and has a cool effect but the mail slot and lower fascia are not doing it for me. Looks cheap and definitely doesn't deserve the emblem. I sure hope the GT500 looks better than this.

Those parts weren't just dreamed-up. The lower fascia was taken from the '11-'12 California Special and the "mail slot" is from the GT500 Supersnake. I think it's a nice blending of the generations, but I agree, I wouln't want a modern GT500 to look anything like it.
