Big single setup. I have a GFB controller and my wg springs are 4lbs I can only get 10lbs out of the controller. Someone suggested a manual controller like a hallman. I bought one and set it up it spikes to 13psi but falls back to 10psi is it a spring issue or something else?

Just added a sai li fuel kit to my car did initial logs and logs show during the pull fuel pressure would drop from 60-35 mid pull. We checked both pumps for voltage. Verified both pumps were working. Put a manual gauge on the fuel line and it showed during the pull it never dropped below...
