  1. Quieting down a MBRP Axle-Back?

Quick update for you guys! The Magnaflow muffler was a success. Quieted down the axle-backs by a ton, but now it's at a nice level without being uber obnoxious or having a crap ton of drone. Cold starts are a bit louder than stock mufflers and an x pipe, but not bad at all. I still might use the...
  2. Quieting down a MBRP Axle-Back?

Yup! If this set-up is still loud during cold starts, I'm definitely gonna go that route. Unfortunately with the x pipe I had an issue with droning and being too loud overall.
  3. Quieting down a MBRP Axle-Back?

After watching your videos (exactly what I have been looking for!), I decided to try out the Magnaflow as that seems to have the best results for what I need. Hopefully it goes well! I'll post an update once it is on.
  4. Quieting down a MBRP Axle-Back?

Hey everyone, A little while ago, I posted asking for axle-back suggestions to pair with my Roush X-Pipe Res. delete. Although I initially was going to get the Roush axle-backs, I opted for the MBRP Black Series instead. I absolutely love the exhaust note it gives the car, however, it is way...
  5. Dyna Performance Steering Wheel Install

Yup! You dodged a bullet! Glad I could help people not make the same, expensive mistake I did. A little update for everyone: after months of pestering the company and finally threatening to report them to BBB, the actual manufacturer sent me an email. They stated that they will make a new wheel...
  6. Throttle Controller Throwing Powertrain Code

Drove the car around for a bit with the throttle controller and got the code to light up right away. Despite going into Engineer Test Mode, there was no code associated with it? I scrolled through the various menus and the only one with DTC didn't display a code. Not sure if I did this wrong.
  7. Throttle Controller Throwing Powertrain Code

Yea, I realized that the code was not listed after I posted. Thanks for including those links, I'll see if I can get the code after work today!
  8. Throttle Controller Throwing Powertrain Code

This is a screenshot of the code I received both times. Car would immediately go into limp mode.
  9. Throttle Controller Throwing Powertrain Code

Hi everyone! I was starting to get annoyed with the throttle lag in my 2019 Mustang GT, so I purchased a Speedform Throttle Controller a few months ago (https://www.americanmuscle.com/sec10-mustang-throttle-controller-407057.html). It worked great, however it has thrown the powertrain code twice...
  10. Best Axle-Back with Roush X-Pipe?

Hey guys! Thank you all for your suggestions. Before posting here, I was already leaning towards the Roush axle-back but wanted to know if anyone had any other set-ups that they liked a lot. I think I'll go ahead and order the Roush one now. Thanks guys!
  11. Best Axle-Back with Roush X-Pipe?

Hey everyone! I'm looking to add an axle-back exhaust to my 2019 Mustang GT. I have a Roush Xpipe installed already and love it, but I want something a bit louder. I was wondering if anyone has an axle-back combo and has any recommendations!
  12. Dyna Performance Steering Wheel Install

I didn't notice the issue when I initially checked, however, looking back at the photos I took, it doesn't seem like the paddles were flush. Just huge gaps everywhere between the OEM parts and the wheel. Side note: that green color is so nice! Would've looked great if the wheel actually fit
  13. Dyna Performance Steering Wheel Install

If any of you guys are curious, here are photos of the fitment issues.
  14. Dyna Performance Steering Wheel Install

Update 2.0: The wheel is a complete bust. Went to go pick the car up from the shop and they showed me that it doesn't fit flush at all with the OEM parts. The center portion with the airbag and horn was the most concerning as it didn't snap into place properly or sit flush with the wheel. The...
  15. Dyna Performance Steering Wheel Install

Update: I took the steering wheel to a shop that specializes in Mustangs and doing aftermarket work, but unfortunately, they were not able to get the heated function to work. They tried for several hours, but for some reason, the wires couldn't get a connection. I'm not sure if this is due to...
  16. Dyna Performance Steering Wheel Install

The wheel that I got didn't have the plug attached to it, so it definitely uses the OEM plug, however, how the new wires attach to it is beyond me (complete noob here!).
  17. Dyna Performance Steering Wheel Install

I ended up reaching out to another company that makes the same wheel, and they didn't have any installation instructions either. However, they did say soldering is involved (which I'm sure is obvious to everyone except me ). I'm not sure if this entails taking the pre-existing wires and...
  18. Dyna Performance Steering Wheel Install

Hi everyone! A little while ago I purchased a carbon fiber steering wheel off of Dyna Performance. Since my original wheel came with the heated option, I added that to this wheel. I was confident, despite my limited knowledge on working on cars, that I'd be able to install it myself. However...
  19. Repeated Ball Joint Failure

So I was mistaken when I said I thought it was the same ball joint. I found the service receipt and the first one was one of the front left joints, not right. No mods, just stock. I assume now it's just time to have the right one fixed. My bad!
  20. Repeated Ball Joint Failure

Hi everyone. I have been having issues regarding the right side ball joint failing multiple times now within a short amount of time. I bought my 2016 Ecoboost two years ago and have had the joint fail two times roughly a year apart. When purchased, the car had 20,000 miles, but now it has a...
