Is our DCT transmission essentially the same as used in the C8? I am wondering because I noticed the Corvette C8 filter is called to be changed at 7500 miles (compared to our 20k miles). Plus, it looks as if GM has been experiencing some issues with theirs while ours appear to be much less...
Here is more info. It does not sound nearly as good as the 350 !

A local dealer is working up a deal on a 21 GT 500 for me. They told me they have an opportunity for 2 cars and I built one out yesterday. Assuming I can get a deal at msrp I may go for it
For you guys in the know- assuming an order goes in this week what time frame would I be looking at for...
Have any of you replaced your stock plug with replacement Motorcraft plugs yet? The originals are sp- 519 and replacements are sp-548
I believe The 519 is an iridium plug and 548 is a platinum model. If you switched did you notice any difference in idle or performance?
I can not find the 519s...
I purchased my 2017 over 2 years ago from a dealership and made contact with the original owner shortly thereafter. I learned how the car was broken in (it's been flawless) and it had been serviced timely.
a few weeks ago I got the bright idea to ask them if they had the original owners kit...
This is going to sound like a really strange question but I am going to ask it
I run my car with the exhaust valves open 75% of the time and while cleaning the car thisafternoon I noticed that the inner set of tail pipes (where the dual mode valves are) have much more soot than the outer ones...
I currently own a 2017 Ruby Red GT350 that has been pretty trouble free but I really have the itch for a GT500. Local dealer has a line on a Performance Blue one and I was hoping someone who had a "real life" picture of one could share it with me.
Also, for those of you who have moved from the...
Several guys have expressed concern
about the 5.2 longevity and jumped to Porsche
You might find this interesting. No brand is exempt from issues.I suggest jumping into your 350, switch to sport and drive it !!

Is it me or does it seem as if a lot of GT350 owners are selling or trading their cars.?
Two friends of mine have traded their (a 16 and a 19- both trouble free) for a Porsche and I have seen a few others selling theirs as well
there Is just nothing else in the market that appeals to me like...
I recall some posting about these protective strips you attach to the bottom of your splitter and it add protection when it scrapes on things
can any of you with experience with this stuff recommend a brand?
thank you
I think I have serious competition for the "loudest stock exhaust" car in my neighborhood. There is a late model Maserati GranTurismo in my neighborhood and that thing is LOUD !!!~ It sounds really nice but pleasingly loud !!

I decided to change my oil before winter since the car will
be seeing very limited use.
Last spring when did an oil change I installed a magnetic drain plug partly because the drain plug seemed stronger tha the factory one and partly because of the magnet.
Here is a couple of pictures of...
The oil in my 2017 only has about 600 miles on it and i am wondering if I should change it before winter or should I just wait for spring?
the car will be driven rarely (a few miles per month) and sit in the garage.
Thoughts??
Well the CS21 wheels arrived and are awesome. Very nice finish and I trial fitted a front one to make sure it cleared the caliper. It did, but it’s very close
Now tires.....I don’t track the car so I was looking for something that had good grip, was quiet (so I can hear the exhaust), and low...
I have a set of Shelby CS21 wheels on the way and am looking to get some tires. I would like to get something that might be a little better in rain.
The stock (2017) Pilots are on back order. I would like to know what good and quality performance oriented tire can be obtained in the size...
Hello,
I am very close to buying a set of the raw aluminum CS21 wheels for my 2017 but wanted to see if anyone can provide some feedback based on their experiences with them. Specifically can you tell me about quality of finish and fit? I read there is very little caliper clearance and some...
