Yes sir, Iām running the black series MBRP axle back aka muffler deletes with SR performance x pipe. Iāve been researching the Magnaflow Tru x resonated x but was unsure just how much effect it would have on my axle back?
Thought about some 12ā resonators, did you mount yours in your H pipe?
Haha I have thought about it but at the end of the day Iām not a dick. Iām leaning towards picking up another axle back thatās still loud and aggressive but has mufflers so I pass inspection and neighbors can eat it!
The fact they are starting to vandalize my ride is a whole other ball of...
Iāve been thinking of trying to add a couple resonators somewhere but not sure it would help enough. Not sure about American laws but for us up here we have to have mufflers installed or technically the car is illegal. That being said Ive never been pulled over or had any complaints other than...
Also need to add that between Sunday night and Monday morning when I left for work someone tried stealing my pony badge from front grill. Pony head was gone with the other pieces laying on the ground. Buying a security cam this weekend to quell that.
Still not sure what Iām gonna do but...
i feel like Iāve been very considerate. I changed my work schedule so I donāt leave before 9am anymore. I had to be on the road at 5am one morning so I put my car in neutral and pushed it out to the road before I started it. All things they never see lol
Thatās the first Iāve heard of adding...
I should clarify that the letters are coming from the condo Corp by way of whoever in the complex is complaining. First couple letters were from them and last one is from a law firm. So Iām basically up against it right now.
hey all, so Iām trying to decide how to go about remedying the situation Iām in currently with my car. Have a 2019 GT, first thing I did was install an x pipe when I got and loved how it woke the car up. Iāve since added a MBRP axle back to it and it finally sounds the way I feel it should be...
I ran the brand new Pirelli All seasons last year and was blown away by how well they did in a Canadian winter.
That being said, Iām looking at 255/40/19 winter tires to slap on my factory black package wheels for this year.
I personally wouldnāt consider running a 10ā wide wheel in the winter...
So I had the car at the dealer on Saturday for the oil change and consumption issue. Tech added 9 qts of oil then ran the car for a minute, marked dipstick at that level, added final quart and marked dipstick at that level. Now Iām to drive 3000 miles before I take it back and they measure it...
hey all, so Iāve had my 2019 Mustang GT MT82 for just a bit over a year now. What Iām noticing is every oil change I do the car ends up consuming at least 1 qt. Of Mobil 1 5w30 full synthetic per my 5000 mile change intervals. FWIW I changed to Mobil 1 after my first oil change and have used K&N...
Good idea Don! Obviously need more time to accelerate and decelerate but I was impressed they handled a Canadian winter very well. This being said the tires were also pretty much new....hence my decision to replace them before winter with something dedicated. Cheers and good luck sir!
So I must be the only one that didnāt mind the stock Pirelli AS. Was planning to go with winter tires as I did with my 2017 Chrysler 300s hemi the previous season but long story shorter, I got caught and we had an early dumping of snow last year.
My car is a ā19 GT MT82, and in my opinion the...
Another curious topic. Just got a quote for the parts through local ford dealer. My car is a year round daily ā19 MT82 non performance pack car so I have the factory 3.55ās.
Really wondering if going to 4.09ās is worth it even if itās just in the āsmiles per gallonā category? Never done rear...
My ā19 GT has done the same thing since new. Fluctuates up and down on its own like it canāt find the proper setting or something.
Just havenāt wanted to be without my car for any period of time while they fix it lol
My 2019 GT MT82 did this very same thing about a month ago with 15,000 miles. Shoved clutch completely coming up to a stop light, put car in neutral and continued to brake...car didnāt even try to catch idle and just stalled. Car fired right back up without hesitation.
Only happened once and...
Glad to see there are some stand up companies out there! Just sad that I missed this opportunity, congrats to the winners and props to Velgen on the marketing! :)
Hey all, so Iām currently going back and forth on a rear wheel and tire setup. To give some background, car is a ā19 GT MT82 with black package so it wears 255/40/19 Pirelli all seasons from the factory.
Made it out to the track on two separate outings since picking the car up last August. Both...
@Enzo I havenāt taken a video yet as the sound is hard to pick up with my phone/camera but as soon as I take someone for a ride they can hear it. Makes the noise in every gear but more pronounced in 1-4.
