Unfortunately Carfax has really turned into a scam in the last few years and we all know how drastically it affects the value of our vehicles. A member of the raptor forum I’m on had a similar situation where Carfax reported fake damage it took a while but he ultimately got it resolved...

The GT350, especially the R should have had a carbon drive shaft from the factory. Jamal Hameedi claims that the steel version was stiffer than the carbon one despite the 5th and 6th gen GT500 being carbon. Personally I think it was a money issue. He discusses this at the 4:27 mark.

A nice woman no doubt but this is typical useless customer service that just reads scripts. I wouldn't put any weight behind anything she said being nothing is in writing. Ford needs to stop hiding and confront this issue with both an alternative and a real ETA for the 2087. One-party consent...
