With there being no vin difference between a 2020 350R and a 350R HEP but a huge price difference, I’m wondering how this effect insurance. Will all 2020 350r owners see a jump in premiums? If a 2020 350r gets totaled with they luck out from the hep’s pushing the average up? If a 350r hep gets...
bingo. the 2020 350r heritage is averaging a +/- 50k premium over a comparable 2020 350r. this topic is constantly bickered on the 350 forum. I think its a safe assumption that the 500 heritage will see a similar premium and people will be looking to scoff them up fast.
there absolutely will be and they will have huge mark ups. there was one on ebay for 20 over that sold in a day. there is one on autotrader right now for 50 over. if anyone has leads im looking for an allocation as well, non heritage.
Between all the issues ford had with the voodoo, the government killing supercharged v8 cars by 2024 and ford pushing electrification hard. I wouldn't be remotely surprised if their next track weapon has some sort of hybrid setup if not full electric.
With these cars going up so quick in value I think the main focal point people who aren’t selling should be worried about is whether or not they have enough insurance coverage.
If anybody follows Dan from normal guy supercar YouTube channel his Ferrari just got totaled and he was a little...
I hear you, paid sticker for my 350R and raptor. kills me to pay over sticker but if I want a 500 im probably going to have to at this point. 5k isn't bad but sometimes you can work with dealers to buy other things like warranties or maintenance plans instead of completely throwing your money...
If you have an issue with something non drivetrain you would probably be ok but if you blow up the engine or trans the dealer will probably laugh at you. The tune alone will probably mean game over.
people almost always lose their shirt on heavy modified cars. unmodified and unmolested cars almost always command the highest prices. this hennessey gt500 ends tomorrow and it has a long way to go to break even.

And those gt500s/gt350s were for sale with big mark ups. Imaging buying one of those cars and later finding the video of him beating on your brand new car. Don’t look good for the dealer and I would be outraged.
Walker Ford didn't get 2, Joe's car was special request that was approved by the higher ups at Ford. I spoke with him about it as well as one of the managers at Walker. The dealer requested one for Joe on the basis of all the positive Ford reviews he had done. It took a while to get high enough...
