That's a very fast time for your first time out! I lost my brakes at turn 12 back in the day with my C6Z. Fast track for sure. I've been using a ram x mount with my phone and get shaky video like yours. Had higher expectations with that mount.

I've wanted them to make an "affordable" Ford GT ever since they did the first one. They could do it. That might just be their plan for the 7th gen GT500 or 3rd gen GT.

... and you never know, Ford may have a plan for an even higher performing GT500 to compete with the C8Z... like a GT500R.

Ah, makes sense. Well that was a win/win run: you got a very fast lap in for your records and then got to experience the car at it's lower traction limits which will make you even better. At least that's how I look at it when my tires are done, but I'm still out there on them.
