Yeah the Roush tune needs to be flashed first which brings me to my next problem. Roush is wanting a 4 digit Tear Tag#. I checked the Tag on the PCM but I don't see it called out like on older vehicles. Where is this located?

Did not run on Roush tune it's my understanding the voucher is "consumed" on use and the tune cannot be backed up. I did contact PBD. Just making sure I'm not missing anything obvious on my end.
