1 is tuned through a local tuner and the other is through Lund, both centrifugal blowers. But hey if I’m beating them now hell with it. I’m definitely thinking about turbos though, I feel limited when it comes to nitrous.
I’m definitely debating on forced induction, leaning towards the lines of the hellion sleeper tt. I’m currently fbo on 100 shot and so far I have beat 2 blower cars in my area both coyotes. Blower cars definitely have much more potential which is why I’m still debating.
What’s up guys, I’m currently in the market for cams and was wondering what the best for my application would be. I currently have a fbo 2nd Gen coyote on a 100 shot. I’m about to make a switch over to a cobra jet setup and also a cam. I know EVERYONE uses comp cams, I’ve heard good and bad from...
So I would remove my inline adapter and the fuel line going to the plate and run a line from the fuel cell into the plate where I removed the other fuel line?
I currently do not have a dedicated fuel system and nor am I really experienced with them or have the knowledge to speak much about them. Is a dedicated fuel system something I can keep full of E85 and switch over to when I use the nitrous? Along with swapping tunes and whenever I’m finished...
Any pointers or advice on what fuel to run on 150 shot? I’m currently tuned through Lund on 93 octane for 100 shot but I’d like a 150 shot. They require me to be on E85 for that but I I have 0 E85 stations within a 2 hour radius that have it, this is also my daily. No 100+ octane stations either...
I don’t have an exact number since the car just got introduced to nitrous. N/A it made 450whp so I’m assuming the 540whp area or so. Would like to see the car break 600 then plan to do a ton of weight reduction.
We have E85 but it’s not abundant in my area, the closest place is a 2hr drive away but supposedly 1 store in my area has 100+ octane but I haven’t checked it out, I’d only be comfortable running 150 shot max on that fuel though. Yes I want overall a 200 shot, I have a wet plate system.
I’m assuming you have a 3rd Gen coyote, to break over 600 wheel on 150. I’m running a 100 shot, LU47s, 93 octane, 2 stage progressive controller and 1 step colder plugs. It pulls great and does very well.
I ordered my kit through Holley, everything fit great and didn’t have to modify a thing. How is your car holding up? What have you done for supporting mods and to be sure the car can hold up to it. My car has right at 80k
So just out of curiosity, what do you guys recommend as far as upgrades for a Gen 2 coyote MT82 car to handle a 200 shot, engine, trans, drive train, fuel, everything g ? My car is currently on 100 but I’m looking to increase that soon.

This is the only nitrous log I have, this is the first tune I was sent which I was told it looked really good, even though they did send me an updated one and it was left at that.
It’s weird, it’s having the hiccup on the NA pulls as well as the Nitrous pulls. But it’s not consistent. Sometimes it will occur at 4k sometimes at 6k, sometimes it won’t even happen. I know when it does happen it normally robs about 15whp
That’s my datazap account. It’s a long log so I apologize but scroll all the way down until you hit I believe it’s 5602 RPM scroll over to saftot and you can see it pulled 31.3 degrees.
