I have the Bline catless pipes, went with them over Shiftech mainly because of the vibration dampners and their quality just from looking at pics looked top notch. Fit was perfect. It is crazy loud, but it sounds fantastic. It’s a little raspy at 2-3k but just screams otherwise. I do not have...
Once you have the dongle and download the Forscan extended license, you just need to plug into the car and that’s it. It will ask you if you want to load the “as built” for your car, and you say “yes”. Once that’s done, you can go into the different modules and make changes. I have a 2018 F150...
Sorry guys, kind of lost track of this thread. First off, the light I ordered that Tasca said was led was not led. It had an incandescent bulb even though it was labeled as led. Secondly, while it was the new Mustang light, as I had hoped, it which is much larger than the gt350. I mean, like 3”...
^^^^okay, gotcha. I just noticed you are in Houston....e85 is everywhere so you don’t even have to run 93. I only suggested the “run to empty” if you lived somewhere where e85 is hard to find. I test mine because the station is 65 miles away and I fill up multiple 15 gal containers. So I have to...
I agree that the flex tune is convenient. And I watched the vid. But I have seen dyno charts on here for guys making nearly 500 at the wheels with an intake and Lund flex tune running e85 whereas baseline cars are 460-470. I know that cars and dynos vary but that just seems like a lot...
I do drive with the ghost cam tune all the time, no issues. I also have it for 93 pump and same thing, no problem and I had that one for a while.
I guess about the only thing I noticed, and this is minor, is from 2k to 3k, if holding first and backing off and on, like sitting in heavy traffic...
Hey guys. I made this video for a forum member and wanted to share with y’all. I know there’s a BLine post from a few days ago but wanted to start a new thread so it doesn’t get overlooked, and to show what it sounds like with the Lund E85R ghost cam tune. For the video, here are the details...
I have the B-line cat-less pipes. They are top notch with respect to constructibility. I mainly went with them over Shifteck because of the vibration mounts but after receiving them and evaluating the quality of the welds and mandrel bends, they are worth the price. My installer also said they...
I took the plunge. Spoke to Tasca and they confirmed it is led and new lens for 2018+, same plug and mount, so will fit older models. Should be a direct swap. I’ll advise when I get it next week....and keep y’all posted.
I was looking at some threads in the GT350 section about retrofitting the puddle lights into pre-2019 housings....when I went to Tasca’s site to lookup the part numbers, I stumbled across three versions of the reverse light. The first one is the same for all mustangs, all years and says “level...
Excellent. Thanks for the info. Agree, well worth the extra $. That’s probably what I will do as well. How is the sound compared to stock, or with the resonator delete? I’m not on FB.
BTW, I lived in Houston for 12 years, just moved to CT last year for my wife’s job and it blows, and no E85...
OP, did you end up doing this or find any good clips? I was thinking of doing the same cat delete pipes as well but I already have the resonators deleted. Are these the same as the GT pipes? And does the drivers side require cutting and welding like the GT?
Lol. Getting rid of the horn honk was first things I did to the Shelby and my F150. So annoying. I did keep the speaker sound though, I mean, the windows are usually down anyway :)
No problem. Happy to help. I guess the intake comment I made was irrelevant seeing all your mods, I guess I should have read your sig before posting..!!
This happened to me too. I spoke with Lund, it has to do with them not wanting anyone to access their parameters and the lockout is specific for the GT350. Flash the car back to stock (but don’t start it if you have an aftermarket intake as it will shake and studder), and then do the Forscan...
Appreciate the responses guys. MakStang, I did consider that but was hoping to avoid cutting wires / rewiring. I’ll post this in the Forscan thread on the F150 forum, that thread is massive and maybe someone has a suggestion of what blocks to try. I’ll report back...
Hey guys, question about the DRL’s. I have a 2016 GT350 and was doing some of the Forscan mods from this site. I also have 2018 F150 and did a bunch of Forscan mods and recently, someone was able to figure out how to eliminate the DRL’s from dimming when you turn on the parking or head lights...
