If you are using a mouse, disable the trackpad or at least disable tap to click. That would fix it in my case.

Can still be caused by the touchpad. I think you answered your own question, if you feel the need to improve a certain aspect of you car, go for it. Perf Pack is an upgrade over stock, but they definitely aren't the best components on the market.
